Ryan Hicks
Ryan has served as Pastor at Zion Evangelical Church since June 2025.
Prior to serving at Zion, Ryan served for 12 years as a missionary in the United States and West Africa. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. Ryan has a passion for teaching the Bible and helping people deepen their faith.
He and his wife, Melinda, have three sons, Isaiah, Judah, and Micah. In his spare time Ryan enjoys hunting, camping, and reading, particularly history, theology, and fantasy.

Steve Kulpinski
Steve serves as the church council president. In this role he oversees the business side of the church. He is currently in the second year of a three-year term serving as church council president.
Council President
Becky Dulworth
Becky has served at Zion since 2015. She is married to Randy Dulworth and is a native of Rushville, Indiana. Becky handles the administrative and clerical duties of the church.
Church Secretary
Debbie Harker
Debbie is a lifelong member of Zion who oversees music, including the choir. She is an accomplished musician, and plays both organ and piano.
